I know how frustrating it is to step on the scale at the end of the week and see you only have lost 3 pounds. All the while you get this gut wrenching feeling, knowing that you could gain that measly 3 pounds back in a couple of meals. This is usually what leads people to weight loss pills and surgery, without even trying another diet. The reason why your diet is giving you such slow results is because it is most likely not built on sound techniques.
